Although such a situation is highly unlikely, we are ready to correct any such situation by taking the product return from you and issuing you a refund or replacement as per your wish.
Under such extremely unlikely situation, please contact us via email or phone within 30 days from the date of invoicing and we will correct the problem, replace the item or offer you a refund.
When emailing, please be specific; include your name and contact details, your order number, picture of the damaged item and any other information that you think will help us to address your concerns effectively.
Please note, while returning an item you have to bear the shipping cost for sending the item back to our office. Please ensure to send the item in it's original pack that you have received from us. Your refund will be processed by 7 working days from the date of receipt at our end.
